Hotel Policies
Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.
Children Policy
- Child or Children aged between 2 years and 10 years; “Infant” means a person under the age of 2 years;
- Children and Infants may not stay in any room without an Adult.
- Persons aged over 11 years will be charged Extra Person rates for each person.
- All room rates are based on two adults. Extra person charges will be charged on a Room Only basis, unless otherwise stated.
- Extra Person rates 500 thb. per night.
- Children and Infants sharing a room with their parents or guardians may do so free of charge if using existing beds and linen and not exceeding the maximum occupancy for the given room type.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy
- Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
- In case of delayed reservation cancellation or without informing the hotel about reservation cancellation, the hotel does not return the pre-paid amount for a guaranteed reservation.
Late check-out policy
- Early check-in or late check-out is available and rates are available on request.
- Guests wishing to check out later than 12:00 pm. are kindly requested to ask for permission from our reception before 12:00 p.m. (subject to room availability, otherwise it will be charged for one additional night.
